“To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.”

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

About Me

I’m a self-proclaimed extroverted introvert.  Someone who prefers small groups or better yet, 1:1 conversation.  I prefer deep conversation to small talk and prefer meaningful discussions.  I’m an empath; I can read a room like nobody’s business and have a knack for hearing what is not said.

I’m a Jersey girl at heart, which is where a got my grit… and my accent.  I happily relocated to VT over 20 years ago and felt at home the moment I arrived.  I became a first-time Mom at 40 years of age (not a typo) and nowadays I live joyfully married and raising two children.

I appreciate the change in seasons, bird watching, and full moons, just to name a few.  I love being creative, listening to music, dancing (in my kitchen), and walking and/or meditating in the woods near my home.

I believe every life experience builds upon the next and comes together at the right moment.  This is why coaching is my next, right moment.  My coaching skills are a culmination of life experiences, professional training and certification, self-discovery, and spiritual growth.

I love this work and can’t imagine doing anything else.

Realizing success isn’t a straight line and navigating all the stops, starts, twists, and turns along the way, trusting you will get there.

Testimonials

Leslie B.

Tara gave me an exercise to visualize a peaceful place to help my body relax.  This one was difficult at first because it turns out I wasn’t very good at relaxing.

Now I am less resentful, more focused, and more grateful.  I have inner peace and can give my family the love and attention they deserve.

I love that Tara taught me how to flip my perspective when putting my son to the bed.  I would get frustrated or upset if he wanted to sing or be silly.  Tara showed me how to flip it and look at it differently.  Once this came into focus, bedtime was less forced and more fun for both of us.

Leslie B.

Tara gave me bodywork exercises that helped me become aware of how my body was responding to different everyday activities.  It helped me start setting boundaries to reduce stress and stay focused on what is most important to me.
