Schedule a 1:1
Introductory sessions are 25 minutes. We’ll discover if we are a good fit and determine a plan based on your desired outcomes.
What are the costs?
Introductory sessions are free. Plans range from $50-$250. We will customize a plan unique to you and your goals.
Where will we meet?
Mostly over the phone or though zoom or another video call platform. In-person can work too depending on your situation.
How often?
Typically, clients meet with me every other week or once a month. It depends on what types of changes you are making.
Individuals & Groups
For individuals, we’ll work together to dig down, zone in and discover what works and doesn’t work in your life. Then you set the course and focus on the area/s you feel are most important. You already know what to do, and together I’ll help you get past the stories we all tell ourselves so you can make impactful changes. Let’s team up so you can begin to live your best life!
Groups
Often groups will hire me to put together a training session for their team. Team coaching can go a myriad of ways, for example, we can focus on anything from understanding the different personality types of those on your team to learning more gratitude and joy. Nature Retreats
In this busy, face paced world nature will always be a source of grounding. Perhaps more today than any other time in our history. I design mini retreats lasting 1-3 hours which will get you grounded, allow you to ask questions, and offer reflective time to listen for the answers. Most retreats will have a guided meditation; a coaching session and I can perform Reiki (if you are into that). Reach out to design your mini retreat today!
